How your delivery is tracked
You don't need a tracking portal to know where your cargo is — we tell you. You'll hear from us when your shipment is collected, when it departs, when it lands and clears customs, and when it's out for delivery. Between updates, message us on WhatsApp and a real person answers — no ticket numbers, no call centres.
Transit times at a glance
| Mode | Typical time | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Air freight | 7 working days | Urgent items, documents, electronics, gifts |
| Sea freight | 4–6 weeks | Barrels, bulk boxes, furniture, vehicles |
Lagos ports (Apapa/Tin Can) can add delay in peak season — we flag current timings on every quote rather than promising dates we can't keep.
Common questions about the process
How do I book a shipment?
Request a quote by form, phone or WhatsApp. Once you accept the price, we schedule your collection (or agree a drop-off) — that's it. No account, no apps, no payment online.
How will I know where my cargo is?
We update you at each stage: collection confirmed, shipped, arrived and cleared, out for delivery. Ask us any time on WhatsApp and a real person answers.
How long does the whole journey take?
By air, typically 7 working days door to door. By sea, typically 4–6 weeks — longer during peak season or Lagos port congestion, which we'll always flag when you book.
What if I miss my collection?
Tell us as early as you can and we'll rebook it — collections run to a schedule across each region, so the next slot for your area may be a few days later.
Who clears my cargo through Nigeria Customs?
We do — clearance is part of the door-to-door service. Duty on commercial goods or vehicles is charged by Customs based on value; our duty calculator estimates it before you ship.
Can someone else receive the delivery in Nigeria?
Yes — most shipments are received by family or a business partner. We just need the recipient's name, phone number and address in any of the 36 states.
